Is sending prank mail legal?
A one time, harmless novelty piece sent to someone who will laugh is generally lawful in the United States. Threats, harassment, stalking and damaging property are not lawful. Repeated unwanted mail to one person can become harassment. This is general information and not legal advice. Ask a lawyer about your own situation.
Is it illegal to send a glitter bomb?
Glitter on its own is not a crime, and sending a harmless piece to a friend is generally fine. Trouble starts with harm, threats or repeated unwanted mail. We seal glitter in an inner pouch, limit how often one address can get mail from us and block addresses on request. This is not legal advice.
Can a glitter bomb be traced?
The recipient sees no sender name, but the order is not secret from a court. We keep order records, including the address and message, and we answer lawful requests. Anonymous here means anonymous to the recipient, not to the law. Think of it as a gift sent without a name tag.
